Vitamin D deficiency is a widespread global health issue, contributing to conditions like rickets, osteomalacia, weakened immunity, and chronic diseases. This article presents the development of a fruit-based fortified candy as a functional food solution to deliver Vitamin D3 conveniently and enjoyably. By integrating natural fruit extracts, Vitamin D3, and clean-label ingredients, the project aims to offer a novel method to enhance daily Vitamin D intake while ensuring consumer appeal and product stability.
