Oxidative stress is a key contributor to various chronic diseases, and natural antioxidants have gained significant attention for their therapeutic potential. This study investigates the molecular synergy of Achyranthes bidentata (AB) and Radix Paeoniae Alba (RPA) in antioxidant protection. Through phytochemical analysis, in vitro antioxidant assays, and molecular docking, we explore their combined efficacy in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) and modulating antioxidant enzyme activity. Our findings suggest that the bioactive compounds in AB and RPA exhibit a complementary mechanism in mitigating oxidative stress, highlighting their potential application in pharmacological formulations.
