Abstract:

Acalypha Indica is characterized by its distint leaves, which have serrated edges and a unique reddish – purpie coloration. It belongs to the Euphorbiaceae Family and is native to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia. The plant is also known for its medicinal properties, attributed to the presence of various active compounds, including alkaloids, flavonoids and terpenoids. Acalypha Indica commonly known as Indian Acalypha, is a remarkable medicinal plant with a rich history use in traditional healing practices.
