Ossifying fibroma, a benign fibro-osseous lesion of the jaws, is characterised by expansible growth which remains innocuous over a period of years, reports to the clinics only with a complaint of swelling or sometimes, the lesions may be an incidental finding on radiographs. Histopathologically, this lesion is characterized by a varying number of fibro-cellular elements. These can also be accompanied by the proliferation of blood vessels with sometimes haemorrhage noted in them. Therefore, this case series presents a conglomerate of 16 cases together combining the demographic, clinical, radiological and histopathological features to compare the characteristics provided with those in the case series and to draw a conclusion for the same.
